Return policy – FB trading.
Should you wish to return your purchase. We ask you to do so within a 14-day cancellation period. We request that you contact us in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning your order and before the expiry of the cancellation period.
These are the timescales:
1. You (costumer) have 14 days (from receipt of goods) to assess your purchase and decide whether to cancel an order. If your order has been dispatched but you have not yet received it, you can still cancel your transaction by contacting us in writing. Goods will either need to be returned (if eventually accepted and signed for), or delivery needs to be refused in order that the delivery service can return to sender.
2. You as costumer then has 14 days (after cancellation of order/return request) to return the unwanted goods.
3. Seller has 14 days (from receipt of returned goods) to process any refund.
When returning goods please be aware of the following:
All products must be returned in the original packaging, and the goods should be free from all kinds of defects. If the goods are damaged on arrival, we (FB Trading) are allowed to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied - if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will do our utmost to process your reimbursement within 14 days.
If you chose a type of delivery other than the type of delivery offered by us the maximum reimbursement of your original delivery charge will be our lowest delivery charge. We will not collect any goods from you. The goods must always be returned by you (at your expense) and be delivered at FB Trading.
